Literarily it is about a game of [Risk](http://www.protozoic.com/2005/01/28/risk-2210/). I did the paint job in photoshop. I traced the picture with the stylus and then just ran effects on it till I got something that fit my mood. I’m not sure what effects I used… some gradients and patterns I believe.
