Do you guesstimate tablespoon measurements out of those 2 lb roll?
We use a scale if a specific amount is needed. Otherwise just eyeball it.
Al wanted me to inform everyone that the butter roll is not a full 2 lbs. Apparently some of it was cut off. I assumed it was a full 2 lbs. because the other 2 lb. roll in the fridge was partially used. She tried to explain to me why she had two different rolls going at the same time…
