Loki: Yes, almost always use Winpaint. But I also used this new graphics tablet (sort of electronic drawing board) that She got me for my birthday.
Megan: I hadn’t intended it that way, although given the source for my inspiration that would make sense. To me it just looked like I’d done his waist-line too low, hence the comment the “empire” reference at the bottom.

I think you’ll love that graphic tablet my friend. Tim has one which I stole from him. They are truly awesome.
